No Refunds will be granted after the start of a program or event.
Facility Fee refunds will be given for cancellations as follows:
- 100% refund if cancellation is more than 14 days prior to rental.
- 50% refund if cancellation is 7 to 14 days prior to rental
- No refund if cancellation within 7 days of rental. Rental
Any exceptions to the refund policy is at the Director of Parks & Recreation’s or his designee’s discretion.
